Hi, I'm Rachit :)
Coder. Entrepreneur. Marketer.
I'm an ex-entrepreneur and a digital-first marketing leader with eight years of experience developing go-to-market strategies, establishing high-performing teams and scaling business growth under competitive pressures for global companies.
A computer science engineer by education, my fascination with algorithms around search engine and newsfeed rankings took me into marketing. Over the last few years, I've worked on my knack for storytelling and have built award-winning brands such as Wunder Mobility, GrabOn and Finomena. Do check out my work.
I am passionate about solving problems and working with impact-minded people, which has led to an extreme fondness for startups and tech companies. My passion for startups led to me establishing the Hamburg chapter of silicon valley based Founder Institute.

As Vice President of Marketing at Wunder Mobility, I created, executed and scaled the B2B marketing strategy while leading a growing team of 20+ highly driven marketing executives encompassing demand generation, creative, technology, brand, events and comms. Currently, Europe's fastest growing mobility-tech company
Finomena
Jul 2016-Jun 2017
As the Head of Online Growth at Finomena, I was responsible for Growth through Product and Digital Channels. Grew app to more than 500k monthly active users from scratch. Increased online conversions by more than 300% to 150k EUR in monthly loan disbursal. Was awarded the fastest growing mobile company in India by Yourstory.
GrabOn
Jun 2015-Jul 2016
As GrabOn's first growth team member, I built the team and helped the company grow to more than six million monthly active users. Bootstrapped to profitability and became India's largest affiliate marketing product. Was awarded the Startup Star award by IBM.

Job role involved consultation of clients (Fortune 500) regarding the development of new technology and global maintenance/migration of existing technology for business process integrations.

Building effective funnels optimised for maximum ROI. Introducing growth loops in customer journeys to maximise effectiveness. Building product marketing frameworks optimised for owned, paid and earned channels.
Brand, Content & Comms
Performance Marketing is only part of the puzzle. An effective brand needs to create demand with aspirational content simultaneously while capturing existing demand via performance marketing. People tend to stay with things they can relate to. Especially if there's more than one of them in the market
Data and Technology
Whatever your goal is, I guarantee you that you will reach it faster, more effectively and with much less resources if you're able to capture data across the funnel and use it to create real-time feedback loops to your targeting and product development.
